This is my first serious attempt to publish a hypothesis.

I hypothesise that an intelligent being recently created the local universe (10 light-years in diameter from the earth as a central position.), including all life, memories, artifacts and radiation (and any other information that may exist.) to replicate radiation (and any other information that may exist.) from distant or local sources, including radiation or information traveling from the locally created universe, no less than 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000th of a second ago.

I believe any evidence presented will not falsify this hypothesis and that based upon the collective proof of scientific endeavor, a probability (estimated using scientifically accepted methods.) must be greater than 0%, until such a time that data can be shown to falsify my hypothesis.

If my hypothesis has an estimated probability of greater than 0%, then it must be accepted that knowledge (to know), is restricted to current subjective experience and that memory can not be relied upon as knowledge. All "knowledge like thoughts" beyond current subjective experience are in fact beliefs and not knowledge.

Any recollection or other record of eating lunch, learning mathematics etc, are beliefs and not knowledge. That includes my memory of writing this hypothesis.
